According to police sources, Anmol Bishnoi has recently been seen in Portugal. The IP address of his Facebook post, in which he claimed responsibility for the firing incident, was found to be from Kenya. The officer further said that the police are considering taking Lawrence Bishnoi into custody. Who is currently lodged in Sabarmati jail of Gujarat.
Additionally, they are considering invoking Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act or MCOCA in connection with the case. A day earlier, the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police had written a letter to the Home Ministry requesting it to issue a Look Out Circular (LOC) against Anmol Bishnoi, brother of Lawrence Bishnoi. Anmol Bishnoi had attracted the attention of the police after his Facebook post claiming responsibility for the shooting at Salman Khan’s Mumbai residence.
