The former Magistrate and Secretary General of the TEBAKANI association, Nestor Bingou wonders. The latter questions the presentation of the Transition roadmap to Parliament.
1)- On the body responsible for drafting our future constitution, press release no. 26 of the CTRI announced the transformation of Parliament into a Constituent Assembly. Curiously, the Prime Minister, in front of the deputies, brought out the card of a commission composed of certain parliamentarians and specialists in constitutional law. Why these beginnings?
2)- According to its own provisions, CTRI communiqué no. 26 is authoritative until its possible modification by the National Dialogue. Does the Transitional Government now bear the name of National Dialogue to authorize a correction on the content of this communiqué no. 26?
3)- What is behind this adjustment?
