These activities began in Mukaza commune, with the opening of “Impimex Parking”, a modern space designed to meet the growing parking needs of the city of Bujumbura. This newly designed car park aims to improve traffic flow and offer a practical solution for residents and visitors.

Taking ownership of the Vision of Burundi, an emerging country in 2040 and developed in 2060, NKEZA Kessy built a large five-level multi-service building to facilitate access to shops, offices, restaurants and other services located in the city center.

This building has therefore become more attractive by encouraging local commerce that offers parking options, economic activities in the city centre, with the aim of reducing road congestion and illegal parking, and providing secure parking for its customers at all times .

This car park has a capacity of 355 cars on 4 floors. It also includes 6 commercial premises, a large room and on the 5th level we plan to set up restaurants and other businesses. There are also bathrooms in the building which are open to the public in the city centre

Activities continued with the inauguration of a new construction material manufacturing factory located in Ngagara, Ntahangwa Commune owned by Bizindaviyi Oscar.

This factory, which produces sheets, nails, tubes and other essential materials, is a strategic investment for the country’s economic development.

As well as meeting local construction needs, it is also planned to boost employment and encourage industry.

The President of the Republic of Burundi, His Excellency Evariste Ndayishimiye emphasized the importance of these projects in terms of economic growth and infrastructure development.
