Now it’s getting really family-like.
Prince Harry (39) and Duchess Meghan (42) are getting a new roommate in their house in Montecito (California). And her two little kids in particular will be very happy about it.
When grandma is there, everything is much nicer – Archie (4) and Lilibet (2), the Sussexes’ children, probably think so too. Because: Her grandma, Doria Ragland (67, Meghan’s mother) will be able to spoil her little treasures every day in the future.

Like the British one „Express“ reports, the yoga teacher has recently been living in the guest house of her daughter’s Californian estate. There are several good reasons for this!
Doria, who actually lives in Los Angeles, could save herself the long three-hour drive to California. An insider tells the Express: “Doria looks fierce, but she’s almost 70 and gets tired from the car rides from her house to her daughter and grandchildren.”

And being so close to the family is so much nicer! Doria is also a great help and a real support for Meghan and Harry. According to the insider, 2023 has been a very difficult year for the Sussexes. Big deals? Burst! New projects? None!
“Doria has been Meghan’s rock over the last year. Not only was she there for her daughter, but she also enjoyed taking care of the grandchildren,” it continues. Prince Harry seems to love his mother-in-law very much and appreciates her support.

According to the insider, Doria became the mother of the house. “Harry loves being mothered, so he finds it very refreshing that Doria is there.” Furthermore, for the Brit, his mother-in-law is a “welcome distraction” from the strained relationship with his own family.
