A man identified as allegedly responsible for the murder of his three-year-old stepson will face a restraining order in a prison, as ordered by a guarantee control judge following a request from the Attorney General’s Office.

The tragic incident occurred in Fusagasugá (Cundinamarca), and the investigation reveals a pattern of repeated aggression by the accused towards the victim.

The man initially reported the child missing on March 5, stating that he had left him playing outside his home while he ran a nearby errand.. However, the authorities, in collaboration with the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) of the Cundinamarca Section and other security agencies, undertook an exhaustive search that led to the discovery of the child’s body near a ravine in the La Aguadita village, a few kilometers from your home.
