Before the military tribunal for his words “go to war”
The date is now known: the fallen journalist will face military judges in the heart of March. Officially, the star host is being prosecuted for “call to rebellion” against a backdrop of tensions around rising fuel prices.
His vindictive remarks made in one of his broadcasts would have pushed the authorities to place him in pre-trial detention in Kondengui since February 23, pending his trial.
A high-risk verdict for freedom of expression
