The Olivense athlete Irene Garí Gilabert begins a new journey in her life, since the basketball player will be part of the staff of NBN23, a company dedicated to digitalizing amateur basketball. Garí will combine her work as a professional in the ranks of the Baxi Ferrol team of the Endesa League, in the elite of Spanish women’s basketball, with marketing and sales work in the aforementioned company.
The passion for basketball is one of the hallmarks of NBN23 and therefore, since its inception, multiple professional basketball players have joined in one way or another to the project that is revolutionizing the world of basketball through technology. The last to join this great family has been the Valencian forward.
With the arrival of the athlete from Oliva NBN23, she adds a professional not only in the world of the basket, but also in marketing where she has experience and has also been trained through a master’s degree at the International University of Valencia. She also has a facility for languages and with her experience at the University of Texas El Paso she speaks English as if it were her mother tongue. In short, she is a professional both on and off the track.

His career did not stop here. After reaping several successes in Valencia, Irene Garí went to Ferrol to return the team to the highest category of women’s basketball and she succeeded. She is currently still in the Galician team, fighting for minutes and showing her commitment and passion at every moment that she is on the court, both in matches and in training.
Irene Garí has been at the highest competitive level for almost ten years. She started at the Segle XXI club in Barcelona, then she played for Deportivo CREF in Madrid, she spent three seasons at Valencia Basket with which she was promoted to the Endesa League, and now she plays for Baxi Ferrol.
