Core Responsibilities and Required Expertise
The PFO will play a vital role in several key areas:
- Program Growth & Monitoring: Supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and partner activities.
- Partnership Building: Cultivating and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and Ministry of Health representatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing tools like Salesforce and commcare to analyze program outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
- advocacy: Promoting advocacy activities to ensure clubfoot treatment is integrated into the Indonesian public health system.
To succeed, candidates must possess a graduate degree in public health, social development, or a related field, along with at least five years of program management experience. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Indonesian is essential, as is a deep understanding of the Indonesian context. The position requires up to 30% travel within the country.
