(24News) Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has fulfilled another promise, the process of e-belting of bikes for students without interest and easy installments has been completed in the Chief Minister’s office under the Chief Minister’s Youth Initiative.
Provincial Transport Minister Bilal Akbar Khan conducted e-balloting of 4 different categories for students by pressing the button on the applications received for e-bikes and petrol bikes on easy installments without interest. Under the Chief Minister’s Youth Initiative, Vice Chancellors of various universities and students were also present on the occasion of e-balloting of bikes to students free of interest and in easy installments.

Transport Secretary Ahmad Javed Qazi also gave a detailed briefing on the project of giving bikes to students in easy installments without interest. He said that 1000 e-electric bikes and 19000 petrol bikes are being given to students through transparent e-belting – electric bikes will be given to students of Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Bahawalpur – all districts. He said that the students gave a positive response in large numbers to get the bike free of charge and on easy installments. Various universities, colleges and online roadshows were conducted for the awareness of the parents of the students.
