Aphrodite Skafida was discharged from the maternity ward, three days after giving birth to her child with Pyrros Dimas.
The two were snapped leaving the private clinic with their newborn daughter on Tuesday, April 16. Smiling, Pyrros Dimas and Aphrodite Skafida posed for the photographers who were there.
The athlete gave birth to the baby on Saturday, April 13, which Pyrros Dimas announced via Instagram.

The suspension of Pyrros Dimas from the maternity ward
On the morning of Saturday, April 13, the athlete photographed his newborn daughter’s hand from inside the maternity ward. In the post he made on Instagram, Pyrros Dimas wrote: “Full of happiness and emotion we hold our little miracle in our arms! We can’t wait to meet the world with you… Welcome our angel! (Our crow)”.

Pyrros Dimas talked about the arrival of his fifth child, on the show “Gia sou”. The Olympic champion mentioned that the athlete and his wife did not have an easy birth, while he emphasized that he was not present at the birth, explaining that he cannot see his man suffer. In the end, he also revealed the name the couple will give their daughter, while he also secured a photo from inside the maternity ward, with Aphrodite Skafida holding their newborn child in her arms.

In more detail, Pyrros Dimas said: “It’s a very beautiful moment. Blessed. I never imagined I would have five children, here they come. Both mother and child are fine, the coracle is fine. It was not a very easy birth. I was also in Thailand for 10 days, and I told her to wait, and when I came back… It took hours, it went normal but then we went for a caesarean section and everything was fine. I was not present at the birth of any of my children. I can’t see my man in pain.”
Regarding whether he has cried at the birth of his children, Pyrros Dimas answered: “I cried during all the births of my children. These are big moments. They are our medals, medals of life.”
Finally, he revealed that their daughter with Aphrodite Skafida, will take the name of his mother who passed away a few years ago.
