jpnn.comBANDUNG – The candidate pair for regent and deputy regent of Bandung Regency, Dadang Supriatna – Ali Syakieb, have received a lot of support from various groups to advance in this regional election.
Many ways are done by residents to give their support to the candidate pair. One of them is planning to gather to attend to accompany Dadang Supriatna – Ali Syakieb to the KPUD.
Residents who will gather come from various elements of society such as farmers, religious teachers, laborers and motorcycle taxi drivers.
Hundreds of residents from various elements continued to arrive at the BEDAS pair headquarters until Wednesday afternoon (28/8) to become participants who wanted to attend to accompany the Dadang-Ali Syakieb duet to the KPUD tomorrow, Thursday (29/8).
One of them, Rahmat (31 years old), a religious teacher at the Almardiyah Assembly, Cileunyi, Bandung, who had been queuing up to register since morning so that the following Thursday, he and other religious teachers could accompany the BEDAS pair to the KPUD.
“This is one form of support and our gratitude, the religious teachers, to Kang Dadang Supriatna who is now paired with Kang Ali Syakieb. For us, Kang Dadang as a regent has done a great service in providing attention to religious teachers through his incentive assistance,” he said.
According to Rahmat, the Koran reading teachers who have received special attention from Kang DS, Dadang Supriatna’s nickname, want him to be re-elected so that there is continuity in the government’s special attention to Koran reading teachers.
“I’m just worried, once the regent changes, not Kang DS, there will be no more attention to these Koran reading teachers. I represent the Koran reading teachers who feel all the limitations and shortcomings of these Koran reading teachers. They only have the enthusiasm to want children in Bandung district to be able to read the Koran,” he said.
