According to Bollywood Life, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor bought the bungalow in 1980. Krishnaraj named the house after Rishi Kapoor’s parents Raj-Krishna Kapoor. A few years ago, he decided to demolish the bungalow and construct a high-rise building. Accordingly the work is going on. The cost of construction of the building is estimated at 250 crore rupees (more than 329 crore 46 lakh rupees in Bangladeshi currency). It is going to be one of the most expensive houses in Mumbai.
