Kochi ∙ While the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is going to question CM Ravindran, Additional Private Secretary to the Chief Minister in the case of loss of a large amount of commission in the implementation of the Vadakancherry Life Mission project, Swapna Suresh said that CM. Indecent private chats sent by Ravindran surfaced.
The case is that out of Rs 19 crore paid by Red Crescent in Dubai, Rs 4.50 crore was lost as commission. These chats are proof that Ravindran and Swapna were communicating over the phone while the discussions were going on. But the investigation team has not confirmed that these are the chats included in the documents submitted to the court. Swapna’s replies do not encourage Ravindran’s level chats.
These chats came out just before the second phase of Ravindran’s interrogation began. After giving notice 4 times, Ravindran was ready to appear for questioning for the first time. The legal advice received by ED is to take strict action if he is delayed to appear this time. Ravindran has not yet approached the ED with a request to change the questioning.
