jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Jakarta Elektrik PLN volleyball team is trying to make a comeback in the 2024 Proliga after failing for two seasons to reach the final four.
Management made a breakthrough to realize this target by recruiting a seasoned coach from Thailand, Chamnan Dokmai.
It is hoped that the former manager of Jakarta Popsivo Polwan can bring game change for Nurlaili Kusuma and his colleagues in the field.
From the ranks of foreign players, Jakarta Elektrik PLN was solid by bringing in a player from Italy, Indre Sorokaite to accompany Katerina Zhidkova (Azerbaijan).
PLN Main Director, Darmawan Prasodjo, hopes that the existing squad can penetrate the Top 4 of the 2024 Proliga.
Because, well-known names such as Yolla Yuliana, Maya Kurnia Indri, and Tisya Amallya Putri will strengthen Jakarta Elektrik PLN.
“Seeing the players’ thorough preparation, plus the presence of experienced players, we hope that Jakarta Electric PLN can kick off the 2024 Proliga,” said Darmawan Prasodjo.
