Five hundred refugees from Donbass will arrive in the Perm Territory in the near future. A temporary accommodation facility has been prepared for them in the Perm region. All arrivals will be provided with food, medical and social assistance. This became known at the council of heads of municipalities of the region.
According to Governor Dmitry Makhonin, an operational headquarters has been set up to meet and accommodate refugees in the region, which coordinates the actions of various departments. Employees of the regional Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry, and the Ministry of Health will work with the refugees.
In the event of the arrival of new batches of refugees in the Perm Territory, additional temporary accommodation centers will be deployed in Berezniki and the Bardymsky municipal district.
Earlier, Governor Dmitry Makhonin wrote on his Instagram that the Perm Territory was ready to host residents of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. According to him, collection points will be organized in the Perm Territory for everyone who wants to help refugees.
