The referees’ union published today (Tuesday) the placement for the upcoming league round and in addition for the round of 16 games of the state cup next week. Despite the criticism after round 8, VAR referees will not be used in the next phase of the plant either, with the main assignments being Gal Leibovich for the Haifa derby, Shanir Levy for Maccabi Tel Aviv against Bnei Sakhnin and Shalom Ben Avraham for the match between Beitar Jerusalem and Irini Tiberias.
Even before that, the 16th round of the Premier League will be held, with the main match between Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Beer Sheva being refereed by Roi Reinschreiber, with Ziv Adler serving as the VAR referee. Idan Leiva will referee the match between Kiryat Shmona and Maccabi Tel Aviv, Ohad Assolin will be assigned to the match between Beitar Jerusalem and Nes Ziona Section and Aviad Shiloh will referee the match between Hapoel Tel Aviv and Maccabi Netanya.
