Cash Dividends Declared by Exim Bank and Central Insurance Company Limited
Cash dividends declared by two listed companies, Exim Bank Plc and Central Insurance Company Limited, have been sent to shareholders as banks. This dividend was announced after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.
The information was revealed on Sunday (August 11) by Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE).
According to the report, cash dividends declared by both Exim Bank and Central Insurance Company Limited have been sent to investors through the Bangladesh Electronic Funds Transfer Network (BEFTN) systems.
Exim Bank:
The company declared a 10 percent cash dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and remitted it to shareholders as bank.
Central Insurance:
The company declared a 12 percent cash dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and remitted it to shareholders as bank.
