Renault: the group wants to increase its employees by 110 euros net per month

by time news

This is good news for Renault employees. The group has decided to increase its employees and to grant them all a bonus, at the start of 2023, as part of the mandatory annual negotiations (NAO).

According to information from Agence Radio France confirmed to Le Parisien, the company intends to offer the unions a 7.5% increase which includes individual and collective wage increases as well as bonuses for all employees. On average, this represents an increase of 110 euros net per month over the year, assured Renault.

Bonus for purchasing power

Among the bonuses awarded, in addition to profit-sharing, the automotive group provides a support bonus for purchasing power.

These proposals were made to the unions, which now have a week to validate them. Knowing that, whatever happens, the company can decide to apply these measures without their validation.

Management and unions met twice as part of the mandatory annual negotiations, a first time at the end of December, and a second this Thursday.
