My heart was broken and my soul was torn to pieces from the scenes of brutal crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces against our Palestinian people in besieged Gaza, and every honorable person in…
The world, with an ounce of humanity in its heart, regardless of its religion, culture, or intellectual orientation, cannot continue to watch the brutal Israeli massacres of infants, bereaved mothers, husbands and children, destroyed homes, and charred bodies.
I cannot express my forgetfulness of the scene of a fetus in its mother’s womb being spared from Israeli brutality. It emerged as a martyr at the moment of random bombing before it saw the light of life, not to mention cutting off water and electricity, preventing medicine, imposing a siege, and preventing the entry of food and medical aid.
With all these massacres that the world saw with its own eyes, the symbols of some international powers are calling for the killing and extermination of the people of Gaza as terrorists who tried, in accordance with what was guaranteed to them by international and humanitarian law, to resist the occupation, liberate themselves from its yoke, and rescue their children from Israeli prisons.
United Nations Resolution No. 181 to divide Palestine into two Arab and Jewish states in 1947, which was imposed on us, guaranteed the establishment of a Jewish state on an area of 54%, and an Arab state on an area estimated at 44%, while the cities of Jerusalem and Bethlehem were placed under international guardianship for religious reasons.
Although it was an unfair division from the beginning, the United Nations could not protect the Palestinian right even in the area it specified, and international law did not protect Palestinians under occupation from war crimes committed by Israel.
Indeed, the international community, which pays lip service to rights and freedoms, united against the Palestinian people in 2012, and prevented them from their right to obtain an observer state through a shameful vote at the United Nations. Palestine turned into a state under occupation.
The texts of public international and humanitarian law failed to protect women, children, and civilian citizens in safety, housing, and places of worship, due to the continuation of settlement crimes, forced displacement, arrests of Palestinians, and the ongoing wars in various regions of Palestine, most notably the besieged Gaza.
Our Palestinian people in Gaza are exposed to the most heinous types of crimes that almost rise to the level of ethnic cleansing, which under international law gives them the right to defend themselves by all means.
The Hague Convention of 1907 guaranteed the organization of the work of resistance movements, stipulating that they must have a president and a slogan, bear arms openly, and adhere to the customs and laws of war.
UN Resolution No. 3236, issued in 1974, gave the Palestinian people the right to use all available means to achieve their freedom, including armed struggle. This applies to the Gaza Strip in accordance with the Fourth Geneva Convention.

children rights
The children of Gaza face many types of serious Israeli violations that undermine their basic rights as children. Many of them are under arrest and in fear of a sudden Israeli attack on their villages. Some of them do not find adequate treatment, safe housing, education, adequate food, water, or electricity. Indeed, Many of them fell victim to brutal attacks on their homes, and lost the right to life at the hands of the Israeli occupation forces, in violation of children’s rights in general international and humanitarian law.
The children of Gaza, in particular, were deprived of a safe environment in which to grow up as a result of the continuation of the siege, which continued for 17 years, during which four Israeli wars of aggression against Gaza were witnessed, making the children feel constant fear.
Although the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their Additional Protocols of 1977 provide special protection for children during armed conflicts in their capacity as civilians, these rights include the provision of food, health care, and education in conflict areas, most of this market is deprived of the Palestinian child under the eyes of the world.
They live in constant fear and deprivation of dreams and hope for the future. Even their education and professional ambitions depend on the political and security conditions.
They grow up before their time and grow old as children, and as one of the children of Gaza said, we, the children of Gaza, do not grow up because we die as children under bombing, killing, assault and arrest.

No person, animal, tree, or fruit was spared from this brutal, unjust war.
Where are the claimants of humanity and the defenders of children’s rights and women’s rights?
Where are those who follow the environment regarding the violations that affected the land, soil, and trees, and even killed animals and birds???

Palestinian women..
Palestinian women pay a heavy price under the control of the Israeli occupation for their security, safety and health in accordance with Security Council Resolution 1325 regarding enhancing the role of women in achieving security and peace in the world. This cannot be achieved without women enjoying stability in their homes and receiving health and educational care, other than the practices of the Israeli occupation authorities that dispossess Palestinian women. Among these rights, they are displaced and forcibly transferred from their homes, in violation of Article 9 of the Security Council Resolution and the Geneva Convention regarding civilians during armed conflicts.
Also, Article 11 of the resolution classifies forced displacement as a crime against humanity. Palestinian women were subjected to this crime, which requires Israel to be held accountable internationally for its crimes.
The Palestinian woman who suffers from occupation, detention, the arrest of her children, intimidation in her home, and searches of private homes without taking into account privacy, comfort, safety, and psychological well-being.
This steadfast woman, even if she does not die, is defending her ancestral home. Her son died as a martyr before her eyes, and she is forbidden from crying or complaining.

The Israeli occupation is pursuing a repressive regime that violates all legitimate international human rights in occupied Palestine, including killing and destroying homes in war crimes against unarmed civilians, and suppressing the freedom of Palestinians to form or join associations.
Israel imposes closures and arbitrary restrictions on freedom of movement, exaggerates the detention of Palestinians in administrative detention for more than 14 years, continues torture, imposes restrictions on the right of Palestinians to work, expands settlements and annexes Palestinian lands by brute force.
It is true that the United Nations International Commission of Inquiry concerned with the Palestinian territories considers the occupation of the occupied Palestinian territories illegal. International and humanitarian law guarantees the Palestinians many other rights, such as the right to adequate housing, security, work, and education. While the Palestinians have not benefited from these international rights, Israel has continued to enjoy escaping them. Punishment with the support of its international allies.
Today, after the crimes of the Israeli occupation forces against civilians in Gaza have been proven, the international community must stop the policy of victory for the aggressor at the expense of the victim, and immediately stop accusing a people under occupation of terrorism, while defending their human, legal and international right to be liberated and defend themselves and their land. His right to life, and the drafters of international law or human rights must make it subject to interpretation and achieved on the ground instead of being legal texts that are not worth the price of the ink with which they are written.
