On the one hand, the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility, AAI (hereinafter, AIReF), acting on its behalf and on behalf of Cristina Herrero Sánchez, President of the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility, AAI, appointed by Royal Decree 439/2020, of March 3, and in accordance with the powers attributed to him by the Article 25 of Organic Law 6/2013, of November 14, creating the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility, and article 25 of the Organic Statute of the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility, approved by the Royal Decree 215/2014, of March 28.
And on the other, the Association of Property, Mercantile and Movable Property Registrars of Spain (hereinafter, the Association of Registrars), with NIF Q-2863012-G and address at Calle Diego de León 21, 28006 Madrid, acting in his name and representation, Mrs. María Emilia Adn García, with DNI No. *** 4403 ** in her capacity as Dean of the aforementioned Corporation, by virtue of her appointment on December 1, 2021, in accordance with the provisions of the Article 23 of Royal Decree 483/1997, of April 14, which approves its Statutes and in execution of what was agreed by its Governing Board at its meeting on February 21, 2023.
Both parties mutually recognize the powers and legal capacity necessary to be bound and, for this purpose,
MANIFEST
I. That on March 7, 2019, the parties signed an agreement for access by AIReF to the consultation service of the Registry of Beneficial Ownership of the Association of Registrars, the term of which expires on March 6, 2023.
II. That the aforementioned agreement contemplates the possibility of being extended for a new period of four years, with the prior written agreement of the parties, therefore, since they are interested in the continuity of the service that is the object of the agreement, they formalize this extension Agreement through which The agreement is extended for a new period of four years, that is, until March 6, 2027.
And for the record, the parties sign this document in a single copy, in electronic format and by means of a digital certificate, with effect in the city of Madrid and date of effect, the one that appears in the last of the signatures stamped on the document.
