RestorixHealth Expands Wound Care Network with Acquisition of CūtisCare
Leading provider strengthens hyperbaric medicine capabilities and expands reach to nearly 300 partner locations nationwide.
RestorixHealth has significantly expanded its presence in the wound care market through the acquisition of CūtisCare, a provider of multi-place hyperbaric medicine and hospital-based services. The strategic move positions RestorixHealth as a comprehensive solution for hospitals and healthcare systems seeking to enhance their wound care offerings.
Strengthening Hyperbaric Medicine Expertise
CūtisCare’s specialized hyperbaric medicine services will be integrated with RestorixHealth’s existing operational, clinical, and financial expertise. This combination aims to broaden the company’s capabilities and provide enhanced support to its hospital partners in both multi-place and mono-place hyperbaric medicine.

The partnership will also facilitate continued investment in tested clinical protocols through collaboration with research institutions. This commitment to evidence-based care underscores RestorixHealth’s dedication to improving patient outcomes.

Expanding National Footprint
By uniting with CūtisCare’s network of academic medical centers, hospitals, and hospital systems – including partners such as UC San Diego Health, UCLA Medical Center, and Yale New Haven Health – RestorixHealth will extend its reach to approximately 300 partners across 41 states. This expanded footprint will allow the company to serve a wider range of patients and communities.
The transaction excludes CūtisCare’s RegenQuest division, which focuses on office-based wound healing and hyperbaric programs, and will continue to operate as a separate entity.
This acquisition builds on RestorixHealth’s recent strategic arrangement with Accurate Healthcare, announced in April 2024, to create a dedicated service provider for the skilled nursing industry. The company’s continued expansion signals a strong commitment to addressing the growing need for advanced wound care solutions nationwide.
