The Ministry indicated, in a brief statement on Facebook, that the discovered bodies were decomposed, and that search operations were still continuing, according to what was reported by the Arab World News Agency.

At the beginning of this week, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that there were 120 bodies that had not been recovered in the vicinity of Al-Shifa Hospital, west of Gaza City. This is due to the Israeli occupation’s refusal to work medical teams in those areas, and the lack of heavy drilling equipment. The Palestinian Ministry of Health indicated that search and recovery operations for the dead have been underway for several weeks, as dozens were recovered from inside Al-Shifa Hospital, and from under the rubble of the destroyed homes surrounding the hospital.
