Rishabh Pund breaks former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s wicket-keeping record Punt has been wicket-keeping for India in 26 Tests (50 innings) and has reached 100 dismissals. With this, Punt is currently at the top of the list of players who have completed 100 dismissals in a hurry, taking care of the task of keeping the fewest Test matches for the Indian team.
Earlier, the Indian wicketkeeper had completed 100 dismissals in 36 Tests. It was in the possession of Dhoni and Saha. Punt has now demolished it. A total of 92 catches and 8 stumpings were included in these 100 dismissals.
