Elderly Woman Robbed in Central Jönköping
A woman in her 70s was the victim of a frightening robbery in central Jönköping on Friday night. According to Erik Creutz, officer on duty at the police’s regional command center, the woman was jumped on by several perpetrators who allegedly stole jewelry and other items from her.
Thankfully, the woman is not said to have been seriously injured during the incident. However, the perpetrators remain at large as no one has been arrested in connection with the robbery.
The local authorities are urging anyone with information about the robbery to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.
