MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., January 30, 2026 – Roku users, rejoice! A new feature rolling out with Roku OS 15.1 finally corrals your paid streaming subscriptions into one convenient location, ending the endless scrolling to find what you’re actually paying for.
Streamlined Streaming: Roku’s New ‘Subscriptions’ Hub
Roku’s latest update consolidates paid streaming content, making it easier to discover shows and manage subscriptions.
- Roku OS 15.1 introduces a dedicated ‘Subscriptions’ section on the Home menu.
- The feature aggregates content from paid services, excluding free channels for a focused experience.
- Users gain access to a ‘Continue Watching’ list and a ‘Saved List’ within the hub.
The new Subscriptions section in the Roku app aggregates your paid content in one place, filtering out any random free shows you might have clicked on.
What’s the biggest pain point with streaming services? Finding what you’re *actually* subscribed to. Roku already offers a “Continue Watching” list within its “What to Watch” section, but as Cord Cutters News pointed out, the “Subscriptions” version smartly filters out content from any free Roku channels you’ve browsed, creating a much more focused list.
