At the beginning of November 2023, Rosseti placed four purchases of various software, as follows from the data of the government procurement portal. One tender was held for the supply of OS for 752.4 million rubles. The winner of the tender is not listed in the procurement. From the information in the “summary of the request for quotations” section, it follows that the Lanit integrator was the only participant in the competition. Lanit is not involved in OS development and in this case could only act as an integrator, i.e., supply and install systems from another developer, and provide product service. A Lanit representative refrained from commenting.
