The youngest daughter of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima turns 17 today – and Princess Ariane’s birthday photos are impressive.
Princess Ariane celebrates her 17th birthday on April 10th. To mark the occasion, the Dutch Royal Palace published a recent picture of the daughter of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima on Instagram. Numerous fans congratulated in the comments – and went into raptures when they looked at the photo.
The photo shows Princess Ariane in a petrol-colored coat, underneath which she is wearing a black turtleneck sweater. A gold bracelet and matching hoop earrings complete the teenager’s outfit. The 17-year-old has her hair tied back in a braid and a broad smile can be seen on her face. The photo was taken as part of a photo shoot in front of Huis ten Bosch Castle. “Princess Ariane celebrates her 17th birthday today,” reads the caption.
The social media recording is well received by royal fans. In the comments there are not only congratulations, but also numerous compliments. “What a smile”, “Wow, how elegant she looks” and “Just a born princess” can be read under the post.
Princess Ariane has an exciting year behind her. In August she went to Italy: “Her Royal Highness Princess Ariane of the Netherlands will continue her secondary education after the summer at the United World College Adriatic in Italy. She will complete her international degree there,” said an official press release from the Dutch royal family. It is not known why the princess chose a school in Italy.
Princess Ariane is the youngest child of the Dutch royal couple Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima. After Princess Catharina-Amalia and Princess Alexia, she is third in line to the royal throne.
