New Delhi – Another defamation case against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The case is against the remark that “RSS is the Kauravas of the 21st century”. RSS supporter Kamal Bhandoria filed the defamation case in the Haridwar court.
The petition may be heard on April 12. In January, Rahul made the statement at Kurukshetra as part of the Bharat Jodo Yatra. The complainant also said that despite sending a lawyer notice to Rahul Gandhi earlier in this regard, he did not respond.
Rahul was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment by the Surat court for his remark ‘Why all thieves are named Modi’. Later he was disqualified from the post of MP.
