The RTS-Tender electronic trading platform plans to organize a collaboration of small and medium-sized enterprises with large companies to implement projects, said Vladimir Lishenkov, CEO of RTS-Tender. He believes that it will be more interesting for commercial companies with state participation.
“There is a layer of the commercial sector where small businesses can develop. For example, most of the components are either purchased from large enterprises or imported from abroad. At the same time, a small business is ready to rebuild its equipment in order to ensure the manufacture and then the supply of domestic components that are not inferior in quality. The difficulty is that now there is no such tool in the country that will enable our entrepreneurs to collaborate with each other. Therefore, we started to create it, ”said Mr. Lishenkov to TASS.
According to him, this will allow rebuilding the system of relationships between customers and suppliers. He noted that this instrument will be more interesting to commercial companies with state participation, which carry out purchases according to Federal Law No. 223 (on the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities) than the public sector.
RTS Tender is a federal electronic platform for government procurement, corporate and commercial purchases, property auctions, purchases for overhaul of common property in apartment buildings.
