The star of the transgender network Rumi Abergil
(20) did over the weekend what she had dreamed of for so long: completed the chain of gender reassignment surgeries.

This morning (Sunday), Abergil, who is currently in Thailand where she underwent the surgeries, uploaded a story to her Instagram account in which she said in tears: “My dream came true, I can not believe it. With how much it hurts, and it hurts, I fulfilled my dream.”

In addition, the star wrote in a sequence of photos: “I have a vagina, it’s over”, adding: “I do not believe, feel like a dream. God will only give me strength to go through it. The pain is inhuman, but it is an out-of-body experience, I was reborn as a woman “. The star shared with her followers in dealing with the severe pain and recounted: “Sometimes my pain threshold is also crossed, but it’s the best decision I’ve made in my life.”

Abergele made headlines when she started taking female hormones at the age of 13 – the youngest Israeli to do so. About five years ago, she participated in the reality show of the children’s channel “Boys and Girls” as part of the girls’ group, and in her wake became one of the most prominent youth stars in the industry. About two years ago, she recorded another exciting milestone when she was the first transgender woman to enlist in the IDF as a woman. She completed her military service a few months ago.

In an interview with Pplus about a year ago, Abergele said: “This is the first time I really go through a surgical process, all these years I was only on hormonal treatments and tended to dress. I always looked like a woman but not as I dreamed of being. In those two months I took it a step further “These are not simple plastic surgeries. But it only did good for my psyche.”

Weren’t you scared?

“It’s stressful but I had no fear because there is nothing to be afraid of. It’s something I chose to do. No one forced me to undergo these surgeries, no one told me ‘you have to’. I wanted for my peace of mind, and the only fear was no “Love the result. But now I look at myself in the mirror and it’s perfect. That’s how I dreamed of looking. I was not born a woman, I was not born a female, so I had to do things to make myself reach the model of femininity I dreamed of.”
