Renowned vocalist of the subcontinent, Runa Laila, has sung for Bangladesh Radio after almost a century. The song titled ‘O Bristhi Tumi’ is penned by Suman Sardar; Composed by Sadek Ali. Voiced by Runa Laila for Bangladesh Betar Transcription Service.

The recording of the song was completed on Thursday (February 29) at the Drama Studio of Transcription Service in Agargaon in the capital.

About the experience of recording songs on the radio, Runa Laila said, it was very good to be on the radio after a long time. I am impressed by the modernization of wireless. Everyone’s sincerity also impressed me. Loved the lyrics as well as the melody.
