Russia has been waging war on Ukraine for 10 months. Currently the war is centered on 4 provinces illegally annexed by Russia.
Ukraine’s military has been fighting diligently to retake those provinces as Russia struggles to reassert control over them. Due to this, there is heavy rain in various cities in those 4 provinces every day.
In this situation, President of Ukraine Zelenskiy addressed the people of the country via video the day before yesterday, and accused that “the situation is very difficult in many leading cities in Donetsk and Luhansk provinces of eastern Ukraine. Especially, the Russian aggressors have destroyed the eastern city of Pakhmut in Donetsk province. There is no place to live in the land of that city.”
