Pavel Shevtsov, Deputy Head of the Moscow Head Office of Rosshotrudnichestvo, said that Russia’s cooperation in education, culture, science and technology of Bangladesh’s youth will be stronger in the future.

A press conference titled ‘Role of Rosotrudnichestvo in Educational, Scientific and Youth Activities of Bangladesh’ was held at Bangladesh National Museum on Tuesday. He said this in the speech of the chief guest.

The press conference was held in the presence of Pavel Shevtsov, Deputy Head of Rosshotrudnichestvo, the Moscow head office of the Global Russian House, and Bangladeshi media representatives. It is organized by Russian House in Dhaka in collaboration with Bangladesh National Museum, Russian Friendship Society with Bangladesh and Liberation War Affairs Academy.

In his welcome speech, Director of Russian House in Dhaka Pavel Davichenkov said that since its establishment in 1974, Russian House in Dhaka has always been active in every activity including education and culture for the youth of Bangladesh. Due to the growing interest of Bangladeshi students in pursuing higher education in Russia, the country’s government has gradually increased the number of scholarships to 124. He thanked the youth representatives of Bangladesh for their interest in the Russian Government’s New Generation and World Youth Festival 2024 and welcomed them to Russia.
