Roskosmos reports that the European Space Agency cosmonaut Toma Peske has handed over to Russian Anton Shkaplerov the authority to manage the International Space Station.

The Russian astronaut will lead the international space crew until spring 2022. After that, he will return to Earth.

Toma Pesce has been the head of the ISS since October 4. On November 7, he and three other astronauts – Shane Kimbro, Megan MacArthur and Akihiko Hoshide – will leave the station aboard the Crew Dragon.
