Russian skiers did not reach the final of the sprint at the Tour de Ski

Norwegian skier Johannes Klebo won the classic style sprint in the fourth race of the Tour de Ski at the stage in Oberstdorf, Germany. Russians Alexander Bolshunov, Alexander Terentyev, Gleb Retivykh, Ivan Yakimushkin, Artem Maltsev and Ilya Semikov did not make it to the final.

Klebo covered 1.5 km in 2 minutes 54.77 seconds. The second was his compatriot Eric Valnes (+0.37). The third place was taken by another Norwegian Paul Golberg (+3.35).

Alexander Bolshunov, Alexander Terentyev, Gleb Retivykh could not reach the final, Ivan Yakimushkin, Artem Maltsev and Ilya Semikov completed their performance in the quarterfinals.

Earlier, the Russian Natalya Nepryaeva won the classic style sprint in the fourth race of the Tour de Ski, covering 1.2 km in 2 minutes 36.41 seconds. The Tour de Ski started on 28 December. In total, six races will take place within the framework of the multi-day race, two final starts will take place in the Italian Val di Fiemme on January 3 and 4.
