Russia’s Soyuz space capsule has been damaged after breaking away from the International Space Station.
After separating from the International Space Centre, the capsule, known as Soyuz MS-22, landed on the Kazakh steppe from the Baikanur launch pad. It was then discovered that the capsule’s cooler had been damaged by a hole.
It is believed that the coolant may have been damaged when the small meteorite hit the structure.
As a result, the temperature inside the capsule rose to 30 degrees Celsius and there were no major injuries, according to the Russian Space Research Center.
