Bengaluru – Senior BJP leader and former Chief Minister of Karnataka D.V. Sadananda Gowda (71) has retired from politics. There was a difference of opinion with the party leadership after he was not given a seat in the Lok Sabha elections. There were also rumors that he would go to the Congress. Following this, he clarified his position in a press conference held in Bengaluru.
He is the sitting MP from Bengaluru North. “There is dissatisfaction with the BJP leadership for not giving seats in the elections. Congress party had invited. But not there. Narendra Modi himself should become the prime minister again. In Karnataka” – Gowda said in a press conference.
