This naturally includes an intuitive and attractive app solution for booking.”

The process is designed to be straightforward: users select their desired shuttle system, specify whether they need an immediate ride or a future booking, and then enter their pickup and drop-off locations – either by searching or selecting them on a map. The app then presents a booking overview for confirmation, allowing users to add options such as discounts or indicate if they will be traveling with a pet. Once confirmed, riders receive a booking confirmation with all relevant trip details. Cancellation is also simplified, with a one-click option available within the app.
The app’s functionality extends beyond simple booking. Users can also easily review their ride history and manage their account settings. The integration of real-time data means that riders can receive notifications about potential delays or changes to their scheduled pickup times, allowing them to adjust their plans accordingly.

The KlimaTicket Salzburg (in its CLASSIC, CLASSIC PLUS, SENIOR | EDELWEISS, U26, SPEZIAL, and SEMESTER versions), the KlimaTicket Österreich, the SUPER s’COOL-CARD, and the myRegio FerienCARD are all accepted on the shuttles. KlimaTicket offers a range of options for sustainable travel throughout Austria. Standard SVV tickets – including weekly, daily, and single-ride passes, as well as the Guest Mobility Ticket – are valid for use on the shuttles. Holders of the BürgerCARD receive a discounted fare of just €1 per ride.
