The Center for Family and Business Conciliation, belonging to the IAE Business School of the Universidad Austral, presented its VII Good Practices Guide that brings together initiatives of 25 companies of Latin America to support the balance between the family and work life of collaborators along with academic studies and innovative actions in relation to the subject.
At the launch event, Sancor Seguros integrated a panel of companies together with Johnson Controls; Agrocenter; YPF; BHD and Almacenes Siman, where the initiative published in said guide was shared: My First Audiobook Contest – prevention of cyber risks in childhood.
Through its PreveClub Program, Sancor Seguros promotes self-care and safe experiences in boys and girls, educating and generating content and actions that provide families with tools to generate safer environments –physical and digital–. The audiobook was an innovative proposal, inclusive of the entire family group and totally federal, since it was promoted through a contest through digital media.
