Waves of the Caribbean, Luis R. Calvo, Chimila, Bastidas, María Cristina, Santa Monica, Alfonso López, San Fernández, Vives, and Ensenada Juan XXIII were among the most affected neighborhoods, according to a report from the Magdalena region.
