The perpetrator then fraudulently used a credit card from the stolen wallet to make a purchase totaling approximately $107.

Another vehicle burglary occurred between 8 p.m.on January 20 and 7:45 a.m. on January 21 in the 18000 block of Harleigh Drive. A sleeping bag valued at approximately $10 was stolen from the vehicle.

The resident was contacted by someone posing as a tech support employee, who tricked them into granting access to their computer account. This access was then used to obtain the victim’s personal information and fraudulently access their credit card account.The victim disputed the charges, and no financial loss was ultimately reported.
