Alappuzha: The Kerala Sub-Junior and Junior Team won the overall second position in the National Sub-Junior and Junior Masters Powerlifting Competition held in Hyderabad.

The Kerala team achieved this feat by winning 10 gold, 10 silver and four bronze medals. The team won the team championship in the junior women’s category and the second position in the sub-junior women’s category. 3rd position in Masters (up to 50 years) category and 2nd position in Above 50 years category.
