The 377th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Plc was held on Wednesday (April 17) at the Board Meeting Room of the Bank’s Corporate Head Office.
The meeting approved the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 and based on this the board of directors of the bank recommended payment of 14 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.

In the meeting, among others, the vice-chairman of the board of directors of the bank, Mohammad Yunus, the directors. Anwar Hossain Khan; Md. Sanaullah Sahid, Abdul Karim (participated in digital platform), Md. Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkach Uddin Molla, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Jebun Nahar (Participated in Digital Platform), Fakir Masrikuzzaman, Independent Director Ekramul Haque and K. A. M. Majedur Rahman was present.
