Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Award-2024 was held in Mumbai last night. Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan won the best actor award at this year’s event. He received this award for the movie ‘Jawaan’.
Many stars including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Rani Mukerji, Shahid Kapoor were present at the award ceremony. Shah Rukh appeared on this magnificent stage and accepted the award.
Thanking the Jury Board, Shah Rukh Khan said, ‘Thank you to the members of the Jury Board, who found me worthy of the Best Actor award. I didn’t get the best actor award for a long time. I thought I would never get it again. So I am very happy. I like prizes, I’m a bit greedy.’
Shahrukh Khan then promised, ‘I promise to work hard to entertain everyone who lives abroad.’
Besides, Shahrukh thanked the director of ‘Jawan’ movie, Atlee Kumar, co-artist Nayantara, Vijay Sethupathi, singer Ravichandra and everyone related to the movie.
Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Jawan’ released on 10,000 screens worldwide on September 7 last year. Nayantara, the lady superstar of southern cinema, acted opposite Shahrukh in the movie.
Also starring – Sanaya Malhotra, Yogi Babu. Priyamani has portrayed a special character. It is directed by Atlee Kumar.
