The favorable international factors and the declining crude oil prices, especially the intensification of the war between Ukraine and Russia, have signaled the end of the war. With Russia ordering the withdrawal of advanced Russian troops in the Kiev region, talks are likely to progress and the war is likely to end.
Ukraine traded enthusiastically as the end of the war between Russia gave investors hope and hope that the world economy would return to normal.
The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex rose by 740 points to close at 58,683 points in the evening trade. At the National Stock Exchange, the Nifty was up 146 points at 17,472.

In the Mumbai Stock Exchange, Reliance Industries, HDFC Divinces, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra, Bajaj Accounting, Bharti Airtel, Nestle, Larsen & Toubro, HDFC, Asian Paints, Maruti, Axis Bank, Altra, Alt. Shares of Bajaj Pinserv, Grossim, Tata Consumer, Tata Motors and Hero Motors Axis Bank gained on the National Stock Exchange.
Shares of Tata Steel, Techmacindra, Sunforma, NTPC, ONGC, Hindalco, JSW Steel, IOC, Techmacindra and ITC were down. Only the metal and pharmaceuticals in the Nifty ended in decline. Other sectors such as real estate, automobile, public sector banks and media ended with profit.
