Investors are optimistic that the international factors are positive and the quarterly results of 50 companies in the Nifty.

The US stock market Nasdaq ended higher yesterday, giving confidence to investors globally. Technology stocks rallied as Microsoft’s quarterly results were higher than expected. Echoes of this rise were felt in the Asian stock market as well as in the Indian stock market.

Rise in Asian stock market

At the Asian Stock Exchange, Japan’s Nikkei, Hong Kong and South Korean markets ended higher. The echo was also seen in Indian stock markets this morning

The Sensex was up 400 points on the Bombay Stock Exchange before the start of trading. However as it is the end of the month, market experts say that as the F&O deal expires, there may be volatility in the afternoon despite the rise in the morning.

Investors are happy

The Sensex was up 214 points at 57,0333 in the morning trade on the Bombay Stock Exchange. At the National Stock Exchange, the Nifty was up 67 points at 17,105.

Only 5 stocks are down on the Mumbai Stock Exchange, which has 30 major stocks. The other 25 stocks go into profit. Shares of TCS, HDFC, Kodak Bank, PartierAirtel and HDL Tech were particularly down.

Metal profit
Shares of Hindustan Unilever, UPL, Apollo Hospitals and Hindalco Industries are moving higher in the Nifty. Shares of HDL, Bharti Airtel, Britannia Industries, Bajaj Auto and Kotak Mandira Bank declined.

Shares of metals, FMCG and pharmaceuticals moved higher in the National Stock Exchange Nifty. Banking, Automobile, Information Technology, Public Sector Banking, Private Banking stocks are the least profitable.
