Sharjah Radio’s “Al-Atheer” program concluded its first edition, celebrating 12 emerging project owners. The competition aimed to spur innovation and encourage economic projects benefiting the emirate, fostering a creative and driven environment.
Ahmed Boukla, head of radio content at Sharjah Radio, highlighted the program’s role in supporting young talent. He stated that “Pioneers of Al-Atheer” aligns with the radio’s mission to encourage creativity and ambition, cultivating Sharjah as a hub for aspiring entrepreneurs, echoing the vision of Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah.
The radio provided tangible support to the top three winners, each receiving 15,000 dirhams. Additionally, the Sharjah Foundation offered five “pioneers” licenses for entrepreneurial projects. Sharjah Islamic Bank also contributed by facilitating the opening of bank accounts for three leading projects.
