Belgaum: An 87-year-old woman was shocked when she told Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Soma Prakash, who had eaten at her home, that ‘the federal government’s gas cylinder has not been delivered yet’.

Soma Prakash, Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, arrived in Belgaum to participate in a program to discuss the project with the beneficiaries of the Union Government.

The minister was served rye bread, eggplant mixture, rice, vegetable sambar and peanut chutney. Then, ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that he would provide a free gas cylinder. Regarding this, Payavva Vasantha Maste said, “I am 87 years old. I was a member of the Gram Panchayat 25 years ago. “I still live in a mud house. I have not been provided with a gas cylinder connection yet, ”he said.
