Alycia Baumgardner‘s unified super featherweight title defense against Leila Beaudoin will serve as the co-main event. This bout is poised to be a meaningful contest for women’s boxing, with one analyst noting Baumgardner’s potential to “step up beside Amanda Serrano in the history books.”
A notable change to the original card sees a rematch between Anderson Silva and Tyron Woodley taking the place of Silva’s previously scheduled fight against Chris Weidman. Weidman was reportedly forced to withdraw due to injury. The six-round cruiserweight matchup is especially intriguing given both fighters’ past encounters with Jake Paul. Silva dropped a narrow unanimous decision to Paul in 2022, while Woodley suffered two defeats – a split decision in August 2021 and a knockout in their December 2021 rematch – against “The Problem Child.”
