Former Deputy Minister of Defense, member of the RAK Executive Body Artak Zakaryan wrote:

“From the podium of the RA NA: 07.02.2024

Nicole:

“There is an agreed article in the text of the agreement (with Azerbaijan) where it is said that the parties cannot refer to their own legislation in order to not fulfill any of the obligations assumed by this agreement.”

I should mention that the second clause of the 7th part of Article 116 of the RA Constitution states that “international treaties that contradict the Constitution cannot be ratified” by the RA NA.

Clause 1 of Article 205 of the Constitution says: “…the issues related to the territorial change of the Republic of Armenia are resolved through referendums.”

Nikol actually recorded today that together with Aliyev, they have already agreed on the need to change the RA Constitution.

Since the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia prohibits any government of the Republic of Armenia from making arbitrary territorial changes or ratifying any international agreement that contradicts the Constitution, Nikol decided to change the Constitution.

Those and all that prevent the final destruction of Armenia are condemned and persecuted, or are subject to change.

The clear proof of what has been said is the issue of Artsakh.

It’s Armenia’s turn, if of course we can’t remove them from power by united efforts.”
